Giselle Raymond Design Studio: Los Angeles, CA, United States; Color: It is the foundation of who I am. It dictates how I dress what I eat, how I feel and of course what I do.....CREATE! Anyone who knows me knows I love color. The Style: If I had to pin down what m style is, I would say it is a beautiful mess of ethnic, glamorous, tribal, luxury, bohemian, crafty, vintage, retro, and a little bit rock and roll for thrown in for good measure. I call it Afro-Glam which makes my design and personal style process Afro-Desia. My fashion sense is about grown up fun! I don’t take fashion too seriously, but I’m serious about looking good. My personal wardrobe goes from thrift and vintage, department store, to designer boutique.Being a certified shopaholic takes me to explore the gamete of great shops. If something about a piece doesn’t quite work, I have no qualms in dying it a different color or taking off sleeves. More is more for me although simplicity does have its place. Know when to say when.
